Role Description:
Sr. Executive
Fractionation & DSP:
- Experience in handling the manufacturing operations in sterile facility
- Hands on experience in daytoday batch manufacturing as per cGMP norms.
- Experience in Validation & Qualifications of Process vessels, CIP-SIP skid, TFF system, Chromatography system, Autoclave etc.
- Hands on experience on TFF System, Chromatography System, Centrifuge, Filter Press Etc.
- Experience in Handling Change controls, Deviation, CAPAs. & Investigations.
- Experience in preparation of MFR, BMR, SOP's, and Validation Protocols.
- Experience in installation & commissioning of process equipment.
Fill Finish:
- Experience in handling the filling operations and manufacturing the batch under cGMP.
- Experience in Validation & Qualifications of Vial filling line, Packing line, Autoclave, Lyophilizer, VHP etc.
- Experience in Process Validation and Media Fill Study.
- Experience in handling vial filling line, vial washing machine, tunnel, Lyophilizer, VHP, Autoclave, CIP-SIP skid Etc.
- Experience in Handling Change controls, Deviation, CAPAs. & Investigations.
- Experience in preparation of MFR, BMR, SOP's, and Validation Protocols.
- Experience in installation & commissioning of process equipment.
