Job description
We seek a strong Pharma Recruiter to join our successful team. The below-mentioned requirement might be a perfect fit for you.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placement.
Should have an excellent understanding of pharma requirements Scientist I/II/III, Packaging & Laboratory Technician, Research Associate, Manufacturing Associate, Senior Statistical Programmer, Quality Control Chemist, Project Coordinator
IT, R&D Sourcing and Contracting Associate, Laboratory Technician, regulatory affairs.
Must be selfmotivated and must possess a good attitude.

Basic Qualifications:

G:
Any Graduate, Bachelors Degree is required; however combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Experience working on Pharmaceutical and Healthcare domain is required

Desired Skills:

Should have experience with direct clients on W2 roles.
MSP/VMS knowledge, working in RPO background model is plus.
Should have the ability to deliver results in a fastpaced & metricsdriven environment.
