The UX Researcher will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including primarily product managers, designers, developers

Marketers to translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive product improvements and business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, design, qualitative and quantitative research studies, gathering insight, insight, insight, behaviors, preferences, and pain points within the ecommerce platform.
  • Utilize a variety of research methods including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics analysis to uncover user needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze research findings and distill key insights to inform product strategy, design decisions, and feature prioritization.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate research insights into actionable recommendations and design solutions that enhance the user experience.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to effectively communicate research findings and user needs to stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the ecommerce platform through user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis, and iterate on designs to optimize the user experience.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree inHumanComputer Interaction(HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Information Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience conducting user research in the ecommerce domain, preferably within a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in a variety of research methods and tools including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extractaction able insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaborationskills, with the ability to effectively convey research findings and recommendations to crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies and crossfunctional teams.
Mode - Remote

Contract - Initial contract shall be 3 months.

Experience - 3 to 5 years experience mandatory.
