Responsibilities:

On ground implementation of all operational and incentive programmes for our jeweller partners from the company.

Build personal relationships with our jeweller partners to accelerate loan disbursement and increase partner satisfaction

Ideating and brainstorming over projects critical for partner success

Skill & Experience Requirements

0-2 years experience in any field with a genuine intent to work and a big dream.

People with prior experience in sales/account management - Full time, internship or self employment will be preferred.

A quick, candid, hardworking, street smart and self-starter personality is valued and appreciated.
