Location - Sahar Road, Andheri, Mumbai

Age Limit - 30 Years


Job Description -

  • Help customers with placing new orders, processing returns and exchanges, availability, and
whatever else they might need

  • Utilizing your troubleshooting techniques to search the interwebs for items, even if we
happen to not carry something a customer wants or are out of stock - think personal
shopper

  • Use your troubleshooting skills to resolve issues for our customers
  • Dig deeper to understand our customers' goals and product sentiment to provide the best
possible solution

  • Work alongside other internal teams, to meet customers' needs
  • Participate in regular training. From Onboarding to Knowledge Shares, there's not a week
that goes by without us investing in our collective growth


Pay:
₹300, ₹550,000.00 per year

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer support: 1 year (required)
