Responsibilities:

Provide personalised care to our patients
Coordination between doctors/patients and departments
Supervision and coordination of billings
New patients follow up & maintain and follow up daily patients (new and old).

-Maintaining and preparing daily / weekly / monthly reports. -Strategy and planning for the new patient in flow -Cost counselling the patient on treatment advised by doctors -Understand patient profile & problem -Provide every possible help they need throughout their journey -Act as a single point of contact for the patients -Advise patients about the services they may need through structured discussions. Ensure they understand our value proposition -Generate and drive revenue by providing greater awareness and information of our services -Create or increase interest in our service offerings

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's required Excellent communication skills Experience 1 to 3 years, preferably in healthcare industry Open to a startup environment Ability to develop and maintain good public relations CTC 2.5 to 3L PA based on experience Should be fluency in English, Hindi Prepared immediate joiner 6 Days working

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
