At Siemens Gamesa we make real what matters, join our global team.As a NC Coordinator in Supplier Quality, your main responsibility will be to ensure quality control of data.
You will be leading the processing of quality data into the Non-Conformance tool for deviation handling, disposition review and rooting NCR's to and from the right stakeholders in the system.
Your main responsibility is to secure the flow of each CDR / non conformities run according to process and lives up to the defined requirements to ensure a timely and accurate handling of CDR's and detected Non conformities.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that we provide our Suppliers with proper support and guidance, follow up on CDR / Non conformity quality issues with high data quality and information.
Nonconformity management:
1- Managing Supplier concession and Deviation process
2- Managing of Supplier documentation by ensuring submission, review and assignment to specific construction
3- Reporting of nonconformities due to deviation to specification
4- Supplier nonconformities communication
5- Coordination of Inhouse Supplier containments
6- Analysis of suppliers nonconformities
7- Follow-up of nonconformities closure and 8D from suppliers
8- Non conformity cost reduction by proactive approach
Profile:
Bachelor degree in Electric, electronic or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience on NC management on the field of Wind turbines or previous experience with Non conformity management
Specific knowledge:
ISO9001:2015
SAP RBP&SRP
Knowledge on one for the following field: Power equipment, large and small steel parts, welding, surface treatments, cables, transformers, cooling & hydraulic systems, power drives.....
Office 365:
Excel, power point and Power BI
English (C2)
