Job description

Roles and Responsibilities
Proficiency in drafting and vetting of various legal documents such as Agreements, Lease Deed, Franchisee Agreement, Letters, Notices etc.

Should appraise on new amendments and legal judgments as per business needs.

Handle work pertaining to Legalization & Vetting of various documents

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Ability to handle non-litigation tasks and understand the operations of a charitable organisation.

Should be proactive, dedicated and have good co-ordination skills.

Ensuring compliance of laws and regulations for all operations in the organisation.
