Must Have Skills:

Roles and Responsibility:

Being the interface between existing clients and media, from developing strategy to overseeing execution of campaigns.
Leading a team of 510 PR Executives/ Sr. PR Executives to achieve expected goals for the organization.
Leading reporting and analytics for your team's set of clients.
Ability to understand the problem at hand and figuring solutions to deliver expected results (Consultant's approach rather than just being a PR manager).
Leveraging and maintaining existing media relationships while cultivating new ones as required.
Content creation as required.
Ability to develop SOP practices and ensuring they are followed.
Working with consultants to develop specific learning modules for relevant skillsets of your team members.

Skills Required:

Relevant experience of 35 years in PR (Agency experience would be preferred).
Understanding of Regional PR/Media and experience of executing Regional PR campaigns.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Relevant education in PR/Mass Comm would be preferred (Not mandatory).

Remuneration:

Salary:
₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
