Description
Job Description for Chief Financial Officer(CFO)- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree /PGD in FM/Diploma preferred).
- We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled CFO with 15+ years of experience.
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director.
- Hands on knowledge of accounting concepts/Tally/ replayed software's.
- Experience of handling a team is must.
- Monitor key financial metrics and indicators to identify risks and opportunities, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
- Monitor and manage working capital, cash flow, and liquidity to support operational requirements
- Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and oversee the company's insurance programs.
- Extensive experience in financial management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws relevant to the logistics industry.
Salary:
₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
