    Role Description:

    This position is a part of the Arcadis Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will collaborate with our skilled professionals in India, Romania, and the Philippines, working in conjunction with Arcadis offices worldwide. The GEC provides essential capabilities and resources to efficiently support our clients across the globe. Team members in the GEC have the option to dedicate themselves to a specific country, gaining in-depth expertise and building strong relationships. They also have the opportunity to engage in global projects, fostering diversity and versatility.     Qualifications & Experience:

    • 5-8 years of Experience with a solid focus on PowerBI/ Data Management solutions.
    • Proficiency in developing, maintaining, publishing, and supporting dashboards using Power BI.
    • Strong experience in DAX with additional knowledge in partitions and processing optimizations.
    • Expertise in implementing static and dynamic row-level security in Power BI.
    • Specialization in R powered Power BI visuals and custom visuals is a plus.
    • Proficiency in integrating BIM models into Power BI is an advantage.
    • Extensive experience in publishing dashboards through Power BI service, utilizing Power BI gateways, Power BI Report Server & Power BI Embedded.
    • Solid understanding of database concepts, data modeling, stored procedures, complex query writing, and SQL query performance optimization.
    • Experience in Analytics (diagnostic, predictive & prescriptive), data architecture, big data, and databases.
    • Skilled in manipulating, transforming, and analyzing large and complex data sets.
    • Familiarity with various digital technologies.
    • Experience in data architecture, big data, and databases.
    • Ability to merge technical knowledge with business/system requirements.
    • Knowledge of all phases of an implementation project, such as planning, analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, cutover, and support.
    • Creation of written materials for requirement specifications and support documentation, including process mapping, meeting minutes, glossaries, data dictionary, technical design, system testing, and implementation activities.
    • Collection and organization of data, data warehouse reports, spreadsheets, and databases for analytical reporting.
    • Proficient in troubleshooting report-related data issues and investigating data problems in source systems.
