Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Uploading/Submitting the Documents General/Technical/Commercial) in the ONLINE Platform.
Getting /Procuring Digital Certificates for ONLINE Tenders Participation.
Attending the tender opening and pre bid meeting when required.
Liaison with Govt. Department for Vendor Registration, Approvals and Renewal.
Preparation and submission of different types of Bank Guarantee like Bid security and performance Bank guarantees.
Meticulously following for getting back the BGs & DDs.

Tender Management:

Lead the tender process from inception to submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and insights for tender responses.

IT(Software & Applications) and Service Domain Expertise:

Stay abreast of developments in IT(Software & Applications) technologies and the service domain to enhance the competitiveness of tender submissions.

Translate technical details into clear and persuasive language for non-technical stakeholders.

Proposal Development:

Craft compelling and well-structured proposals that highlight the unique value proposition of our IT(Software & Applications) solutions.

Work closely with technical teams to incorporate innovative and feasible IT(Software & Applications) solutions into tender responses.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, project management, and technical teams, to gather necessary inputs for tender submissions.

Build and maintain relationships with external partners, subcontractors, and potential collaborators to strengthen our tender capabilities.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities within the IT(Software & Applications) and service sectors.

Provide insights into industry trends and competitor activities to inform our tender strategy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in tender management, preferably in the IT(Software & Applications) or service domain.
Strong understanding of IT(Software & Applications) technologies, including virtual reality and augmented reality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and project understanding skills.

Salary:
₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
