Conducting EMS lectures for doctors & Pilots working on ambulances, preparing training schedule, training report, conducting FR & BLS training programs for community, CME and conference presentations.

Comply with HR regulations of BVG-MEMS
Batch Planning
Preparation of Time table
Ensure availability of resources
Identify safety/ feasibility of training center before starting peripheral training; ensure
Proper functioning of kits including AV aids and equipment 3 days prior to batch commencement.
Ensure availability of Instructor/s
Ensure availability of Manuals and logbooks
Conduction of precourse test and Postcourse test (Theory, Practical and viva)
Conduction of Lectures, Skills and Ambulance orientation
Preparation of the batch report* within 3 days of completion of the batch *(by batch coordinator)
Documents and receipt/imprest submission within 2 days of batch closure or the 30th of the month, whichever is earlier
Participating in Internal and External CME program as faculty and as observer
Participating in FR program
Up to date BLS-ACLS and ITLS Instructor status
Conduct trainings at away from home locations
Responsibility for transport and safekeeping of mannequin, equipment and documentation in periphery location and ensuring safe return
Attend all departmental review meetings
Online work diary to be updated on daily basis
