We are currently seeking a highly organized and dedicated Front Office Executive to join our team.

  • Manage all front office operations, ensuring that the highest standards of service are consistently maintained.
  • Greet guests upon arrival, process checkins and checkouts, and provide assistance with room assignments and special requests.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure prompt attention to guest needs and room readiness.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, escalating issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
  • Oversee cash handling, billing, and payment procedures, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Train, supervise, and support front office team members to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
  • Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback for management review.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in guest experience.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front office role at a luxury hotel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Proficiency in using computers, reservation systems, and general office equipment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • A proactive and problemsolving attitude, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
