Description
Past Experience in the PEB and CIVIL CONSTRUCTION industry.- Should be technically sound to have meetings with Architects/Consultants and Clients.
- Should Belong to the industry having a strong network with various clients.
- Exploring new markets and business from existing customers.
- Maintained, Developed and increased customer base and followed up with customers for their New upcoming projects.
- Handling sales of product & services to prospective customers, keeping the view of the defined targets.
- Maintains a database of customers and updates it regularly
- Negotiate with customers and finalize the jobs.
- Send sales forecasts and reports to superiors at regular intervals.
- Good understanding of the new projects coming up.
- Customer relations management and customer services.
- To handle customers specification, correspondences and technical Drawing from enquiry to closer stage, Reply on technical complain up to the satisfactory level of customers.
- Customer feedback collection.
Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
