Past Experience in the PEB and CIVIL CONSTRUCTION industry.

  • Should be technically sound to have meetings with Architects/Consultants and Clients.
  • Should Belong to the industry having a strong network with various clients.
  • Exploring new markets and business from existing customers.
  • Maintained, Developed and increased customer base and followed up with customers for their New upcoming projects.
  • Handling sales of product & services to prospective customers, keeping the view of the defined targets.
  • Maintains a database of customers and updates it regularly
  • Negotiate with customers and finalize the jobs.
  • Send sales forecasts and reports to superiors at regular intervals.
  • Good understanding of the new projects coming up.
  • Customer relations management and customer services.
  • To handle customers specification, correspondences and technical Drawing from enquiry to closer stage, Reply on technical complain up to the satisfactory level of customers.
  • Customer feedback collection.

Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
