Night Shift: 6:30 pm

• 3:30 am (Monday to Friday)
• Location: Noida
• Experience: 36 years

Please find below the roles and responsibilities:

• Research, Prospect and Generate leads for staffing requirements in the US
• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts in North America, build rapport, provide company overview and technical information around IT staffing
• Use a variety of methods (cold call, social media, LinkedIn, direct mail) to generate leads and open new accounts by understanding clients' IT requirements staffing and solutions
• Identify proper stakeholders, build, and then expand those relationships with clients
• Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques
• Timely updates of new leads in the CRM system and data for management reporting

You will be a great fit if:

• 2+ years of experience required in US IT staffing / Sales in US technology market
• Have worked with international clients on night shifts. Ability to quickly adjust priorities to respond to pressing demand
• Knowledge of the staffing industry and understanding of various technical roles and technologies
• Demonstrated ability to learn and use necessary technology quickly and adeptly
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational and problemsolving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Responsible selfstarter and innovativequick thinker
• A keen team player and have a good understanding of team dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously with a sense of urgency

Salary:
₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
