About the Company

EPIA is a women's healthcare early-stage start-up which creates awareness and offers flexible fertility solutions for women looking to check, plan or delay their fertility.

Location: New Delhi
Work hours: 10 am to 7 pm
Fulltime opportunity (Monday to Saturday)

Qualifications

Bachelors in Business Administration or related field.
You have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
You are adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
Proactive and adaptable with a positive attitude
Experience in a similar role is a plus

Requirements:

Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointments, coordinate schedules, and ensure proper allocation of resources to optimize patient flow.
Patient Registration: Ensure accurate patient registration and assist with the completion of necessary forms and paperwork.
Billing and Payments: Process payments, verify insurance information, and assist with billingrelated inquiries.
Maintain Operations: Manage staff and maintain office with necessary materials.
Patient Records: Maintain and update patient records in compliance with privacy regulations.
Assist Staff: Provide administrative support to clinic staff as needed

Clinic location is
Green Park (South Delhi meters from metro station
