Job Title:
Client Servicing Executive (Female)


Location:
Sector 49, Noida


Salary:
₹18,000 - ₹25,000


Experience:


Minimum 1 year in advertising
Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with multiple clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns and projects.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and client growth, and proactively pursue these opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring timely and effective responses to client inquiries and feedback.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 1 year experience in advertising and client servicing.
  • Strong background in advertising, with a deep understanding of client servicing dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, detailoriented, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
