About the client:

Our client is a fast-growing startup that delivers groceries in 10 minutes flat through an optimized network of dark stores that they're building across the country They're scaling up throughout Mumbai quickly and, in the next 6 months, they'll be launching in Bangalore, Delhi, Pune and Hyderabad.

They're incredibly well-funded and their investors include Y Combinator, Nexus Venture Partners, and more They've also built out one of the best startup teams in India, with Senior Executives from Uber, Flipkart, Dream11 and institutions like Stanford, INSEAD, IIM, and IIT.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

1) Own and drive special projects cross-functionally which are strategic to the Company's journey.

2) Manage projects end-to-end right from conceptualization to validating the business model and ensuring timely execution so as to build a right-to-win for the launch of 0-1 initiatives.

3) Evaluate new business initiatives and opportunities - develop a business model and identify ways to service the opportunities.

4) Conduct outside-in market and competitive analysis to develop key insights.

5) Partner with various business units and help them make better decisions, solve problems and unblock situations through a mix of analytical and creative problem-solving.

6) Liaise with product stakeholders to ensure requirements are deployed in time and ensure user adoption towards the same.

7) Define metrics to measure the health and success of the business. Govern the progress of the project and ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Founders & other business leaders.

8) Act as a strategic think tank for business functions to help achieve their objectives which propel the mission of the Company.

Qualification and Experience:

1) Bachelors from a Tier 1 institute, Consulting and MBA preferred

2) Sharp business acumen - The ability to understand levers and their impact on business growth and profitability in the long-term

3) Should have experience in Strategy, Planning, Program Management, Analytics and Governance.
