- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
- Overseeing the Customer service process
- Proficient with problem solving ability
- Handling Escalations
Salary Offered:
Up to 35k in hand
Incentives:
Up to 18k monthly
Working days: 5.5 Days
Working hours: 9 hours Work from office (Rotational shifts)
