    About the internship:

    Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

    1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process

    2. Source profiles from various job portals

    3. Screen and shortlist relevant candidates

    4. Conduct interviews

    Requirements:

    1. Clear and effective communication is essential in HR, whether it's drafting emails, conducting interviews, or facilitating meetings

    2. HR involves handling sensitive information and ensuring accuracy in documentation, such as employee records and contracts

    3. Proficiency in HR software for tasks like managing payroll, tracking employee data, and posting job listings can streamline processes
