Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Keeping aware of the existing job openings in different organizations.
- Adhering to timelines provided by the clients to fill in the open positions.
- Providing quarterly or annual periodic reports to team managers and handling internship programs for freshers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Good understanding of the industry trends and the job market.
- Proficiency in using online job portals, social media, and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Education:
Bachelor or Master
Experience:
- Recruiting: 13 years (required) into KPO/ Leadership hiring
- Total work: 3 years (required)
