Description
Mobilize youth for vocational training/skill development programs- Mobiliser will act as medium between Society and Organization to connect the youth with relevant skill development courses
- Understand various skill development courses run by the organization and requirements by trainees to enroll for the courses
- Develop rapport with relevant stakeholders educational institutions; government institutions like panchayats, blocks; partner agencies; community etc.
- Conduct awareness sessions at schools, ITIs, colleges, communities etc. regarding the skill development courses
- Conduct door to door surveys in target localities as per predesigned survey forms.
- Ensure that mobilization targets are completed within a time frame.
Salary:
₹17, ₹20,000.00 per month
