Description

As a restaurant server, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests have a positive dining experience.

Your role will involve a variety of tasks and duties, including:


  • Greeting and seating guests
  • Taking orders
  • Serving food and beverages
  • Knowledge of menu and specials
  • Upselling and suggestive selling
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • Processing payments
  • Table maintenance
  • Collaborating with other restaurant staff
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Server or similar role
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
