Utilize different modes of verification process. You will be responsible for follow-up with external entities, to gather reports on authenticity of documents.


As you might expect, document verification involves authenticating a document or documents to ensure that they are accurate, genuine, and fit for their intended purpose.

Many officially issued documents are used to confirm an individual's identity, such as a driver's license, ID card, or passport.

Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention. Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner. Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.


Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
