Job Description:

As a Communication Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our communication efforts. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing communication strategies that effectively convey our messages to various stakeholders.

Your work will help us maintain a positive image, engage our audience, and build strong relationships with the community and partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute communication strategies that align with the organization's goals and mission.
  • Manage and maintain the organization's social media presence, including content creation and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for creating compelling content.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of communication efforts, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in crisis communication and issues management, ensuring a proactive and coordinated response.
  • Build and nurture relationships with media contacts and relevant partners.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communication and incorporate them into the organization's strategies.
  • Provide support for other communication-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a communication or public relations role.

Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms.

Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.

Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia content creation is a plus.

Experience in crisis communication and issues management is a plus.

Positive attitude, creative thinking, and a team player mentality.


Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
