Job description

We are looking for a Quality Auditor to join our high-impact team focused on the US market.

Responsibilities for Quality Auditor

  • Support our operations team by reporting the task completion to the stakeholders on time
  • Assist in validating, data tagging, and providing ad hoc support across various quality processes
  • Complete the tasks with a high level of accuracy and within the deadline
  • Assist the other auditors of our team in completing the tasks within the given deadline Send a report to the Quality Manager for daytoday activities
  • Ensure proper procedures and protocols are followed while tagging the data as per the given SOP
  • Demonstrate prompt and effective communication skills
  • Demonstrate an understanding of various text and call related quality metrics
  • Help the team identify various issues in the call center processes
  • Demonstrate good problem solving skills to develop solutions to any problems or deficiencies identified during the audit process

Requirements:

  • Must have knowledge of Audits, Feedback, Calibration, Briefing Session and Dip Check Available for fulltime work from Office
  • Proficient in tools such as MS Office, Google sheets etc
  • Have good Written and Verbal command in English
  • Have relevant skills and interests
  • Comfortable in evening shifts

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹400, ₹650,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Night shift
  • US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Noida,

Uttar Pradesh:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:


  • US
Sales Quality Audit: 2 years (required)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)
