- Proven work experience as an HR Operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to seamless onboarding for new employees and exit process of the employees.
- Accountable for other admin work & Vendor management.
- Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations in the Company.
You Will Be A Good Fit At Startoon Labs If You Can Work In A Team And Deliver Results Independently.
