Your Roles & Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to seamless onboarding for new employees and exit process of the employees.
  • Accountable for other admin work & Vendor management.
  • Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations in the Company.
