Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Project planning and execution
  • Vendor management
  • Site Supervision
  • Responsible for the site execution of work
  • Should be able to manage 45 projects at once
  • Sourcing materials and vendors if required
  • Coordinating between clients, vendors and designer
Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years experience working in interior field.
  • Must have dealt with both Commercial and Residential projects.
  • Should possess experience in preparing estimates and BOQs.
  • Should be well aware of market we prices.
  • Must have a good number of Vendor contacts throughout the city.
  • Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in interior field.
  • Must have dealt with both Commercial and Residential projects.
  • Should possess experience in preparing estimates and BOQs.
  • Should be well aware of market prices.

Salary:
₹8, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
