We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
Analyst

What you'll do:

To be an integral team member of the ESG team within Global Research:
Conducting Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) analysis on HSBC covered companies.
Ensuring high quality of ESG data with consistency across the region and sector
Good understanding of global reporting standards related to ESG.
Collaboration with senior stakeholders for effective implementation of ESG framework
Remain focused on key development in ESG space to further develop the overall framework.

Requirements

What will you need to succeed in the role?

Master's degree in business management is preferable but not a must. Being proactive with a positive attitude and high energy are key personal/professional attributes. This role also requires constant communication and collaboration with teammates.

Skills required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Handson experience in dealing and managing large data sets.
Working within a tight deadline's framework
Attention to detail.

What additional skills will be good to have?

MBA in Finance from reputed institutes with experience in ESG
Diligent, organized and should be able to work in a team.
Proficient at using MS Excel and MS word.
Knowledge of financial databases such as Bloomberg and/or Reuters will be preferred.
