Responsibilities:_

_ _
- _Transaction processing according to standard work & SOP_
- _Prioritize transactions according to documented guidelines to meet SLA_
- _Plans and organizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives_
- _Comprehending and responding to customer inquiries. Identify, research, and resolve problems._
- _Assist with/perform other team tasks as required._
- _Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systems_
- _Ensure that turnaround time and quality of the work meets Company service standards_
- _Manage own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team goals are met._
- _Should be able to handle basic day to day requirements of excel_

Qualifications:_

- _Graduation in any stream except Technical Graduation & Law_

Essential skills:_

- _Good English Communication (Both written & verbal)_
- _Proactive communication & High analytical skills - should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data_
- _Displays energy and enthusiasm in approaching the job_
- _Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service_
- _Ready to work on stretched working hours_
- _Ability to independently interact with internal and external customers_
- _Customer service focus_
- _Basic Computer knowledge & MS Office along with typing speed of 40 words/minute_
- _Insurance knowledge, specifically P&C insurance preferably_

21:00 hrs to 06:00 hrs ( 9 Hours shift )_
Location: Hafeezpet, Hyderabad_
Flexibility & stretch expected heavier on pacific standard time
Higher staffing in later shift_
