As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your main responsibility is to ensure that each customer's inquiries, concerns, and issues are addressed promptly and professionally. By delivering exceptional customer service, you will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty while promoting our company's reputation. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing the best possible customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems or complaints efficiently, ensuring a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.
Order Processing:
Assist customers with placing orders, modifying existing orders, and tracking shipments to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to address customer questions and recommend suitable solutions.
Customer Feedback:
Actively listen to customer feedback, suggestions, and concerns and relay them to the relevant teams to drive continuous improvement in our offerings.
Escalation Handling:
Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments while ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the process.
Policy Adherence:
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain consistent service quality and ensure compliance with established standards.
Customer Retention:
Implement strategies to retain existing customers by building strong relationships and offering personalized support.
Pay:
₹10, ₹41,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- UK shift
- US shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
