  • As a Customer Relation & executive assistan in Indore, you will be responsible for enhancing our customer
engagement strategy and maintaining customer relationships. The

Provide administrative support and do project coordination's for the

Director.

Qualifications Required

  • Experience in customer service, customer relationship management, or a t
executive assistant role for at least - 3 years.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with social media and other interaction tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing software/platforms
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • A positive, customer first attitude is a must have
  • Should be presentable and have good interpersonal Skills.
  • Have Persuasion skills needed for Business Development.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Digital Marketing.
  • Needs to have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proactively identifying issues and finding solutions, often independently,
to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Salary - Rs 4 Lacs to 5 lacs Per Year Plus Annual Bonus.
