Job Title:
Medical Administrative Assistant (MAA)


Key Responsibility Area:


  • Work closely with the Account Manager who is assigned to specific accounts and physicians.
  • Provide extensive support to Vohra physicians and facility partners to identify issues and respond to inquiries.
  • Quickly identify, address, document and track critical servicerelated items and customer inquiries.
  • Evaluate customer feedback and identify ways to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that standard operating procedures are documented and maintained.
  • Reporting any anomalies to the reporting manager.
  • Feedback to be completed in a timely manner, review & report.
  • Responsible for all correspondence with customers ensuring all aspects of a project are effectively communicated and documented.
  • Proactively obtains any missing information from the patient to ensure that medical records are accurate and up to date, which helps to ensure better care is being provided.
  • Upon arrival, captures patient's vital signs, past medical, social and family history, medication usage and preferred pharmacy information.
  • Able to administer medication and injections, as directed by Physician/Provider
  • Able to perform phlebotomy on patients, as directed by the Physician/ Provider
  • Able to perform EKG's, PFT's spirometry, nebulizer treatments and ear irrigations, and other procedures, as required by the practice and directed by the Physician/Provider
  • Able to perform inoffice lab testing such as glucose testing, strep screens, pregnancy tests, urinalysis, and HgA1c as directed by the physician/provider.
  • Able to perform sterilization on instruments used for minor procedures/surgeries according to the CDC recommended guidelines.
  • Maintains all certifications/licensures as required by the scope of the role being performed.
  • Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements including HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
  • Support the Team Lead CRM to implement policies as laid down by the companies.
  • Routing Carve Off's as and when required.
  • Calls to facilities based in US basis the states assigned.
  • Calls connected with Facilities
  • Increase First Contact.
  • Aiming to schedule meetings with US facilities for Growth in business.


  • Revenue Improvement

  • Conversions of New meetings to sale (1st encounter).

Qualifications, Skill & Experience Levels:


  • Bachelor's degree in the related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience Healthcare/Patient & Physician centric environment as an Executive/Agent/Nursing/Medical Support.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.
  • Prior working experience as a C.N.A, EMT, Phlebotomist, Athletic Trainer or other healthcare discipline that provides direct patient care.
  • Or a Certified MA from the National Health Career Association (NHA).
  • Or completed any MA education program but has not received certification as of yet.
  • Basic Excel skill understanding Excel spreadsheets (Formulas & Functions).
  • Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
  • Strong time management and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations.
  • Welldeveloped communication skills: ability to communicate to all levels.
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a varied and demanding workload.
  • Problem solving skills with A high level of commercial awareness.
Shift Timing: 5pm-2am (NO CAB FACILITY)


Salary:
₹40,000.00 per month
