Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
Front desk
Ø Handling visitors and Maintain the register
Ø Handling stores/Registers and minimum level stocks and following store SOP
Ø Calling all units to collect shortages and irregularities
Ø Planning spare staff and replacements for absentees and resigned staff.
Ø Tracing the absentees from units and information should be given to ops team
Ø Trainings and ensuring grooming standards in office and onsite.
Ø Shall have ops report register and vacancy register to track the operations.
Ø Shall handle emergency manpower needs.
Ø Shall update all reports to Admin Head operations on daily basis.
Ø Joining & exit formalities
Ø Should maintain leave & Resignation files.
Ø Fame data upload
Ø Store's Accountability
Ø Sourcing (Calls,Social Media,Campaigns)
Ø Should maintain the office cleaning neatly by following the check list.
Pay:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
