Key Responsibilities:


  • Proficient in English with the ability to effectively communicate information about MBBS programs abroad to students and parents.
  • Capable of persuading potential students and their parents about the benefits of pursuing MBBS education abroad.
  • Consider checking important information ability to effectively sell educational packages and services to prospective students through persuasive communication and tailored solutions.
  • Proficient in conducting telephonic conversations to provide information, address queries, and follow up with prospective students.
  • Familiarity with counseling techniques, career guidance, and academic planning to provide comprehensive support to students.

Experience Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in education counseling for entry-level positions.


Pay:
₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
