Join our BIM - Tunnels and Underground Structures team in Gurgaon

We are part of the Tunnels and Underground Structures department, consisting of more than 150 enthusiastic colleagues working from India, Denmark, Germany, Norway, South Korea and Taiwan, while collaborating closely with colleagues in the United Kingdom and North America.

We have a proven history of making wind energy solutions possible even under the most complex conditions - deep waters, challenging soil conditions, and regions with high seismic activity and typhoons/hurricanes.

For offshore wind, we design both floating and bottom-fixed structures.

COWI's Underground structures team is rapidly growing and that is why we are looking for a BIM Engineer - Microstation

Your key responsibilities will be:

Responsible for production of 3D models and general arrangement drawings, reinforcement drawings and bar-bending schedules
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Able to work using Engineers calculations and design in producing drawings/3D modelling
Having working knowledge of standards and codes and EDMS such as Projectwise, BIM 360
Able to demonstrate advance CAD and BIM technical knowledge
Responsible for completion of specifically assigned tasks within agreed time and cost

Moreover, you will:

Hold a Diploma / B. Tech. in Civil Engineering and come with 5-10 years of work experience in bridge modelling
Have experience in 3D modelling of structures and rebar/structural steel detailing using MicroStation
Have experience in AutoCAD would be an added advantage.
Be proficient in all Microsoft Office software particularly MS Excel and Word.
Have good language skills in English (spoken and written)
Have the ability to work independently within a project team
Have experience in the use of Open Buildings Designer and ProjectWise is a plus
