  • Lead the Inspection team in his / her respective region.
  • Perform inspections as and when scheduled.
  • Perform Surprise Factory visits, Mystery Audits based on random sampling of the daily schedules as and when required.
  • Arrange weekly/monthly trainings to enhance the qualification and capabilities of the inspectors.
  • Planning and allocation of inspector's for inspections on daily basis to meet departmental productivity and quality goals.
  • Perform Onsite Assessment/Supervision as and when required.
  • Review the inspection reports.
  • Provide technical guidance & clarify all technical related queries of inspectors.
  • Assist the coordinators in maintaining the log book as and when necessary.
  • Participate in all the training courses as and when scheduled.
  • Authorize the Inspection certificates.
  • Communicate policies, procedures, or related official business to his team as and when received from Head Office.
  • Fully understand and comply with the requirements of ISO 17020 standards such as controlling of documents, records and samples used for inspection in his region.
  • Ensure confidentiality of information obtained during the course of employment in Bureau Veritas.
  • Ensure that the equipment / other infrastructure provided by company are not mishandled / damaged.
  • Support Operation Manager in cost control and administration in his respective region.
  • Perform additional duties, as required.
