Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

-
Assist in Sales Presentations: Accompany sales representatives on client visits and sales presentations. Learn about our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.

Lead Generation: Participate in lead generation activities such as cold calling, networking events, and trade shows. Identify and qualify potential leads to expand our customer base.

Customer Relationship Management: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers. Follow up on leads, answer inquiries, and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Market Research: Conduct field research to gather information about customer needs, preferences, and market trends. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team to help inform our strategies and offerings.

Promotional Activities: Support the planning and execution of promotional events, product demonstrations, and marketing campaigns in the field. Distribute marketing materials and engage with customers to drive brand awareness and sales.

Data Analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing sales data, including customer feedback and sales performance metrics. Generate reports and insights to assess the effectiveness of field sales and marketing initiatives.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Communicate effectively to share insights, updates, and best practices.


Qualifications:


  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within designated territories and attend events as needed.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresher

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
₹7, ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
