Dynasty Korea.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel Arrangement Management:

Ensure a seamless travel experience for our clients, monitoring and managing all outbound travel requirements, including flights, hotels, visas, and packages, from lead acquisition to successful implementation.

Package Creation:

Create and promote enticing domestic and international travel packages, designing itineraries, managing costs, and booking hotels and tickets to provide memorable experiences for our clients.

Guest Support:

Maintain excellent communication with clients, following up with guests and adjusting existing bookings to accommodate changes in their circumstances, ensuring their travel plans remain hassle-free.

Documentation:
Prepare all necessary travel-related documentation to facilitate a smooth journey for our clients.

Qualifications:

International Destination Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of popular international destinations, with a focus on
South Korea to offer expert advice to our clients.

Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills are a must, ensuring our clients receive the best service and support throughout their travel experience.
