Position:
UI UX Designer II

We are hiring for UI UX Designers/Developers for our Organization. Should have creativity and zeal to learn the product needs and align. Should be willing to work as an individual contributor.


Main responsibilities and key activities:

This position will involve working with Product Owners and engineering team. Communicating the design with an offshore team in the United States and the technical team in India, thus, efficient communication skills are necessary

Duties and responsibilities included, but not limited to collaborate with management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience for new and existing features

Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering

Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to team and management

Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards


Required qualifications

Qualifications:
BE / B. Tech / Any Bachelor's degree
with certification on UI/UX design
Experience with design in building responsive and adaptive UX/UI using industry standard design tools such as Material UI, Bootstrap, and other frameworks

Hands on experience with designing end to end user experience using Wireframes using any industry standard tool

Extremely organized and detail oriented. Html and CSS skills are a plus

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Good analytical skills and self-initiative to learn product needs, tools with an ability to take direction while offering strong initiative
