Description
Conduct outbound calls to a predetermined number of leads each day, as specified by the company's productivity targets.Use provided scripts and guidelines to engage leads in meaningful conversations, understand their needs, and identify potential fit with our educational offerings.
Qualify leads based on established criteria, such as budget, timeline, and educational goals.Gather accurate and comprehensive information from qualified leads, including contact details, background information, and specific preferences.
Enter lead data and notes accurately into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
Continuously update and maintain lead records in the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Stay informed about our products, services, and the educational industry to effectively address lead inquiries.
Provide timely feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding the quality of leads and the effectiveness of lead qualification strategies.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques.Meet or exceed daily and monthly lead qualification targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
