Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and drive revenue growth in the HVAC sector.

Identify and target new business opportunities within the HVAC market, including building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.


Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive sales and marketing initiatives.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns, materials, and online/offline content to support sales efforts.

Provide technical product expertise and guidance to clients, effectively communicating the unique value propositions of our HVAC solutions.


Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies and guidelines.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the HVAC industry.


Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services, along with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences.

Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
