BE/BTech/Dip Instrumentation, Biotech, ECE


Age:

  • Should not be more that 26 yrs.
  • Calls and converts prospects into valid customers.
  • Assists customer by answering routine questions or forwards them to appropriate department.
  • Enters orders and follows up on both shipped and unshipped orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Enters relevant customer comments and exchanges in customer record.
  • Uses database to track customer information.
  • Performs periodical reporting to management of all calls made and keeps management and channel manager informed of any pertinent business issues.
  • Keeps uptodate knowledge of the product, service and company.
  • Supports the needs of respective territory.
  • Assists other team members as necessary
