Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:
  • Serving customers by assisting them in choosing products

  • Welcoming and greeting customers in a friendly manner
  • Answering customers' inquiries
  • Guiding customers to racks and counters
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Recording sales by creating or updating customer profiles
  • Handling financial transactions
  • Processing payments and managing various methods of payment
  • Notifying management about potential security issues
  • Supporting with inventory tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Keeping customers informed about special sales and upcoming products of interest
