Description
1.Getting patient files- Recording,follow up for discharged patient files
- Sending files for deficiency checking and receiving back
- Storage of files
- Making files available or photocopies of medical records on instructions of MRD in charge
- Preparation of modifiable diseases report
- Issuing various certificates on advise of consultants.
- Maintaining records / copies of certificates issued.
- Keeping medical record storage area secure and safe for storage.
- Implementation of Policies and Procedures of the hospital. Participation in mock drills
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
