Description
Role and Responsibilities.1) Specialist in supporting of end users.
2) Good Technical knowledge in Windows products. and desktop.
3) Responsible for executive support, including the advanced technological/executive needs of corporate customers.
4) Basic skill in the use of Office 365 Software
5) Knowledge in installation of Seqrite or Kaspersky antivirus or etc.
6) Ability to resolve break-fix problems and to satisfy installation requests.
7) Identify, resolve, and escalate business issues as appropriate
8) Develop and maintain support Documentation
9) Provide reports to management regarding technical challenges found.
10) Good communication skills - verbal & written.
11) Basic Networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills including Wi-Fi support.
Job Types:

Pay:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
