Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our admissions team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in the college or have inquired about admissions.
  • Provide detailed information about the college's programs, courses, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective students, address their queries, and guide them through the admission process.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all calls, inquiries, and interactions with prospective students in the online system.
  • Identify and assess students' interests, needs, and eligibility for admission based on predetermined criteria.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to coordinate campus tours, events, and counseling sessions for prospective students.
  • Achieve individual and team targets for student recruitment and enrollment.
  • Stay updated on college programs, admissions policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to prospective students.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Contract length: 4 months


Salary:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
