Key Responsibilities:
- Assess building layouts and structures to design optimal emergency egress routes.
- Develop detailed evacuation plans that include exit paths, assembly points, and safety equipment locations.
- Design fire safety systems, including layout and equipment placement
- Use design software and tools to create visually clear and understandable evacuation plans.
- Stay informed about safety codes and regulations related to emergency
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Communicate with clients to understand design requirements.
- Provide support to project managers and other teams during design phases
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
Relevant certification in fire safety or related field is a plus.
