Your Impact:


What You'll Do:


  • Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of required reporting and fees.
  • Responding to questions in the global Benefits inbox.
  • Provide customer service support to internal and external customers. Develop communication plans to enhance understanding of the company's benefits packages.
  • Coordinate daily benefits processing. For USbased employees, handle enrollments, COBRA, terminations, LOAs, changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident and death claims, QDROs, QMCSOs and compliance testing.
  • Design and distribute materials for benefits orientations, open enrollment and summary plan descriptions. Provide training and support to group benefits associates, home office associates and the field staff.
  • Manage all payroll activities including tax calculations, documentation deadlines, and reconciliations for our Indiabased employees.
  • Input of timely and accurate payroll information, including new hire documents and processing terminations.
  • Audit payroll reports after each pay run to confirm accuracy of wage, tax, and deduction information. Identify any errors in payroll, and make corrections or adjustments when necessary

Who You Are:


  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of related global benefits and payroll experience
  • Experience in global benefits administration including compliance and reporting.
  • Experience in payroll processing in India, and. Strong understanding of payroll best practices.
  • Prior experience using payroll, benefit, & HRIS platforms. Workday experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience using database tools and spreadsheets such as Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Excel.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient understanding of global benefits administration and plan design.
  • Excellent problem solving/judgment skills and high degree of attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Maintains a highly confidential work environment.
  • Strong service orientation.
  • Knowledge of all pertinent U.S. federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements (both adopted and pending) affecting employee benefits programs, including the ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Section 125, workers' compensation, Medicare, OBRA, and Social Security and DOL requirements.
  • Working knowledge of benefits in the UK and Canada.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
